What are Micro Sessions?
Applying current neurology and education knowledge, we utilize frequent, dynamic, short sessions designed to maximize the brain’s natural intake levels and prioritization patterns.
Short sessions ensure that you are always focused. Frequent sessions ensure that your brain’s language center remains in an active state.
Micro sessions for adults are typically three times per week and 20 minutes each. For junior clients we recommend two times per week.

Our Story
We are a diverse group of native English and native Polish speaking coaches who have traveled extensively. We didn’t start out wanting to build a language coaching team, but here we are! Our LLC is based in Poland, but you will find our coaches spread around Europe and North America.
